Junior email marketing specialist (All projects, Hungary)

The main responsibility in this role is to plan email campaigns that influence the financial performance of courses and webinars, as well as operational emails (e.g., emails for current students and confirmation emails).

General understanding of how email marketing works, including audience segmentation English: Intermediate or higher Basic understanding of marketing principles or email marketing Analytical thinking and basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Eye for design or experience with Canva or Figma Curiosity about tech, edtech, or digital trends Interest in email marketing as a long-term career path Strong self-organization skills and ability to meet deadlines Nice to have: Creativity and the ability to think outside the box Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data Ability to collaborate effectively in a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Personal qualities: Responsibility and attention to detail Self-discipline and initiative Proactive attitude (does not wait passively for tasks) Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and suggest ideas We’re open to candidates without direct experience if you’re motivated to grow in email marketing and ready to take ownership of your work.
