Events Executive

Reporting into the Events Manager, this role will be responsible for planning, organising and executing a wide range of events and brand activations. It requires a creative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual with a strong background in event planning, ideally within the Fashion & Beauty industry. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise, plan and deliver high-impact and innovative events and brand activations across the UK, IE and US markets Manage all aspects of event production including supplier management, logistics, budget and on-site management Ensure all activations and events align with our brand identity and work to strategic objectives and KPIs Collaborate with the PR, Influencer and Creative teams to brainstorm ideas and brief in assets/actions where needed Manage the brand activation and campaign calendar and supplier database Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including S Influencers & Talent to ensure they have a positive experience Conduct post-event evaluations and reports to assess the success of brand activations and provide future recommendations Raise purchase orders and manage invoice process for suppliers WHAT WE LOOK FOR Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Excellent people skills Experience within an Events role Interest in fashion, beauty, social media advantageous Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Ability to act with pace amongst a large team Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work Exemplary organisational skills WORKING WITH US At Debenhams Group we thrive on change, innovation, and pace.
