About Wild Nutrition Wild Nutrition does supplements differently. Unlike 95% of the supplement market, our Food-Grown® ingredients are as close to their original food form as possible. We exist to empower women’s health through pioneering, science-backed supplements, and everything we do is rooted in care, integrity and expertise The Role We are looking for a versatile Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team on a 9-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). You will create high-quality designs across social media, retail, paid ads and campaigns, helping bring the Wild Nutrition brand to life across key customer touchpoints. Working closely with Brand, Growth, Retail and Social teams, you will support everything from major campaign launches to always-on content and customer communications. This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves designing, cares about craft, and is excited to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What you will be doing Creating digital assets including social posts, web banners and paid adverts. Producing in-store collateral for our retail partners. Support campaign launches, always-on activity and customer communications with visually compelling creative. Creation of flyers, posters and print adverts. Working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Working across different channels and territories. Ensure all creative is on-brand, consistent and aligned with Wild Nutrition design guidelines. Keeping up to date with design trends and the wellness market.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent practical experience. Highly creative with a good understanding of layout, photography, typography and design best practices. 0-3 years in-house or agency experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work. Good knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent eye for detail, consistency and accuracy. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design ideas clearly. Creative thinker who is able to work under pressure, be a problem solver and willing to go the extra mile.
