About Us: We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in marketing analytics, martech implementation, and data strategy. Our mission is to empower clients with actionable insights, seamless campaign tracking, and innovative audience strategies to drive their success. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, technically proficient, and a skilled communicator. They will oversee analytics initiatives, manage client relationships, and lead a team to deliver high-quality insights and solutions across a diverse portfolio of industries.

Key Responsibilities: - Analytics Leadership: Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including web analytics, business analysis, marketing attribution, dashboard/reporting creation, and audience strategy development. - Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell services. - Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., strategy, SEO, organic and paid media) to ensure cohesive service delivery. - Process Optimization: Implement and oversee efficient workflows and processes to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Technical Expertise: - Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Funnel.io, Firebase, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs). - Proficiency with data viz tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio. - Detailed understanding of SKAN configuration on Firebase and/or MMP. - Ability to manage and implement server-side tagging infrastructure, (bonus expertise with Firestore). - Experience building privacy-centric measurement framework. - Comfortable working in GCP, especially using GBQ. -Experience with Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel and programming languages such as Python or R are beneficial. - Understand and apply methodologies like attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling to deliver actionable insights. Client & Project Scope: - Manage analytics for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries such as e-commerce, tech startups, automotive, and hospitality. - Work on multiple accounts simultaneously, demonstrating agility and flexibility. - Own and manage RFP responses Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics). - Experience: 4-5 years in analytics, with proven experience in client-facing roles. - Certification: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification is mandatory. - Skills: Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills
