Senior Program Manager

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for federal program operations. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing program activities to ensure successful execution of mission objectives. Senior Program Manager Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and direction for program activities Manage program schedules, budgets, and performance Establish and track program milestones and deliverables Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure program success Support planning and execution of short- and long-term program objectives Senior Program Manager Qualifications/Skills Required: Active Secret clearance required Minimum of 15 years of experience in program or project management Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field required About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
