You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse healthcare needs, ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide skilled nursing care according to established protocols and physician orders. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Manage equipment and supplies necessary for home health visits.

Current Michigan Registered Nurse License. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must pass background check and drug screening.
