Junior Product Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle within a fast-paced, international environment. You will support the development of new products from concept through to market launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialisation Support market research activities to identify consumer needs, trends, and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to help translate market insights into product concepts Assist in maintaining product specifications, including formulation and packaging requirements Support coordination of product testing phases (stability, efficacy, and consumer testing) Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and quality standards Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support innovation initiatives Provide administrative and coordination support across product development projects Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in product development, R&D, or a related field (internships included) Strong interest in product development within pharmaceutical or personal care industries Good organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Must have the right to live and work in Malta
