The Supply Technician (A/DACG) manages the maintenance, work orders, supplies for the Main Terminal. Assists with scheduling the use of the Main Terminal at Freedom Hall . The Supply tech assists with all A/DACG operations as necessary. is responsible for managing ADACG stock levels and the Property Record. The Supply Technician manages all property book supporting documents that affect the property book balance. The Supply Technician has the responsibility of solving any problems regarding department logistical matters within the A/DACG. They also play an advisory role by consulting with employees with questions about property book items. They work closely with the A/DACG Supervisor, management and government staff. to ensure the swift delivery of critical equipment. The Supply Technician will have knowledge of operational policies, procedures , and logistics goals. Responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Monthly Building Energy Monitor Report, Form 47- Hazmat Report. Assists with managing the Freedom Hall Terminal training calendar. Assists in various ADACG Missions, IE. Preparing Air load Plans, Ground Guiding, Palletizing, Passenger manifesting, etc. Performs various Supervisors duties during his/her absence. Provide Audio/Video support to customers. Works with a framework of established supply regulation, policies, and procedures an in the resolution of issues encountered in the process. Conducts maintenance of historical files, receipts, issue, and transfer documents. Performs duties involving request, receipt, storage, issue, accountability and the preservation of individual, organizational installation, facilities and expendable/durable property and equipment. Executes property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities (including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate Supply standards. Reviews all authorized documents periodically. Requisitions material to meet mission requirements. Conducts inventories including preparations, documentation, and reporting per prescribed regulations. Identifies equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability. Maintains the automated supply system for accounting of organizational property and equipment. Inspects completed transactions/work for accuracy and compliance with established policy and procedures. Coordinates property and equipment disposition. Updates/maintains supporting document files IAW ARIMS. Maintains property and equipment IAW Army regulations, PWS, SOP, and Work Instructions. Reviews daily and monthly records of all property and equipment transactions including Hand Receipts, Lateral transfers, Requisitions. Ensures all Annual/Cyclic inventories are conducted IAW current regulatory procedure. Coordinates logistical activities with customers, employees and other agencies throughout the installation. Maintains all historical files, supporting documents and other required records; ensuring all files are stored IAW the Army Records Information System (ARIMS) Administrative Adjustment Reports, hand receipt, requisitions, turn-in, issue, and transfer documents. Coordinates and manages the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives. MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT USED: General office equipment, computers, fax, printers, web and internet services, server platforms, and other electronic forms of management, collaboration, and data sharing. Working Conditions: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.) The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. Regular Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Physical Requirements: Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes. The physical requirements of this position include long periods of sitting, standing, and communicating via electronic means. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Valid State Driver's License without restrictions. Must be able to pass the standard background check. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. NAC-I clearance required. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Experience/Skills: Four (4) years or more experience in supply operations at the property book level Possess high ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism. Must have technical experience and comprehensive knowledge of Government regulations, policies, procedures and supervisor role Must have comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes, related regulation, and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property. Ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment. Capacity to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
