Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What’s in it for you:
The Logistics Analyst will work within the transportation planning center to plan shipments, ensure optimal routing, and enhance customer satisfaction by improving delivery outcomes. The position will implement logistics process improvement initiatives, develop solutions, and establish performance metrics focused on improving delivery performance and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role will analyze logistics and network data to assess performance and identify new opportunities that support sustainability goals and strengthen overall logistics network effectiveness.
What you will do:
Transportation Planning: Develop and execute transportation plans for assigned facilities, including optimal routing, carrier selection, and scheduling to support business objectives.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to assess network performance. Benchmark inbound and outbound transportation and distribution networks and support process changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Use network performance insights to design, configure, and implement solutions that drive year-over-year productivity gains and delivery performance improvements.
Process Optimization: Evaluate logistics processes, identify sources of waste, and lead or support improvement initiatives across the logistics function.
Project Management: Contribute to project planning, resource coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
Global Business Acumen: Apply knowledge of regional carriers, industry trends, emerging markets, and evolving technologies to guide strategic decision-making.
Problem Solving: Identify issues proactively, perform root cause analyses, and lead the implementation of corrective action plans.
Relationship Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners within Corporate Logistics, Sales, Materials, and others to support shared goals.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or another related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of logistics or related experience.
Previous experience with Oracle Transportation Management System or other TMS preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and work to remove ambiguity with spend data.
Strong project management skills, including ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects.
Ability to develop and deliver creative and effective solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Previous experience with Power Query, SQL, or Dataiku is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 10%
