Membership Sales Manager – Williston, ND Location: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote) Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Williston, ND. Territory includes the following counites: Williams, Mckenzie, Mountrail, Stark, Divide, Billings, and Ward all of North Dakota On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000 Two fixed base salary options are available — $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable). Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission We are seeking a locally rooted, community‑driven Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and membership sales for our AirMedCare Network across Williston, ND and surrounding counties. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of rural and energy‑driven communities, values face‑to‑face relationships, and enjoys being a visible, trusted presence in the region they serve. Through consistent local engagement and relationship‑building, you will develop a strong sales pipeline that supports both territory performance and long‑term community trust. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services throughout the United States. Responsibilities: • Drive Local Impact: Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout Williston and surrounding rural counties, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus)—including employers in energy, construction, agriculture, and transportation—and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership in remote and high‑risk environments. • Develop Relationships: Identify and cultivate new leads through door‑to‑door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, community gatherings, county fairs, chamber of commerce meetings, industry events, first responder partnerships, and regional networking opportunities that are essential in western North Dakota. • Sales Process Management: Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN’s services to the real‑life needs of families, rotating workers, business owners, and employers operating across large geographic territories. • Champion with Purpose: Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long‑term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare‑related organizations, first responders, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and community trust across the territory. Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent long‑distance regional travel, rural highways, and changing weather conditions is essential. • Sales Expertise: 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions‑based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience working in rural, industrial, or relationship‑driven markets is a strong plus. • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, emergency medical transport services, or selling to high‑risk or geographically dispersed populations is preferred. Familiarity with the needs of rural and workforce‑heavy communities is highly valued.
