What will you do? Start Your Career in Talent Acquisition; As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll get real-world exposure to how companies attract, evaluate, and hire talent. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing and be involved in real recruitment processes from day one. Your day-to-day activities will include: Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions Reviewing resumes and identifying operative talent Coordinating interviews and connecting with candidates Supporting recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus initiatives Helping maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Working closely with HR and business teams on active hiring projects This internship is designed to give you practical experience, not just observation. *Location: Schneider Electric, Planta Rojo Gómez: Av. Javier Rojo Gómez 1121-A, Guadalupe del Moral, Iztapalapa, 09300 Ciudad de México. *7 am - 1 pm. *Monday to Friday, morning availabilities. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or People Management Good communication skills and confidence speaking with others. Organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and digital tools (we’ll teach you the rest!) What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in: Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. (Must: Graduating in June 2027 or later) Intermediate - advanced English. Motivation to learn about recruitment and people-related topics Availability for an internship commitment.
