Overview Omega Technical Services is seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to support senior executives and enable effective management of corporate functions. This role is a critical extension of Omega’s leadership team ensuring our executives can operate effectively while maintaining a highly organized and professional office environment. This role conducts its duties at the front desk Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role influences operational efficiency, employee experience, and leadership across the company. The ideal candidate has experience in and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting. Responsibilities Provide direct support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reports, and travel arrangements Corporate facilities management to include: coordination of office moves, repairs, and interface with landlord Break Room and Pantry Management: Ensure a high-touch hospitality experience for executives and visitors by maintaining well-stocked, sanitized, and inviting break room environments throughout the office complex Interface with IT Provider for contract support and coordination Manage corporate cell phone accounts services Manage charitable contributions Prepare, edit, and manage executive-level communications, reports, and presentations Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including federal clients and partners Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion Manage front office activities including visitors, office supplies, and vendor coordination Coordinate company events, leadership meetings, and internal initiatives Support onboarding logistics for new employees in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems Help ensure alignment with company processes, compliance expectations, and professional standards Additional operational duties as assigned Key Competencies Executive presence & professionalism Able to maintain strict confidentiality Attention to detail & accuracy Proactive problem-solving Time management & prioritization Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Work Environment & Expectations Primarily office-based role Standard business hours Collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting multiple business lines Education Requirements Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Qualifications 4-6 years of total experience with 2+ supporting senior level executives Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives within engineering, nuclear, or technical services organizations Familiarity with DOE or NNSA environments and terminology Experience with proposal coordination or contract-related documentation Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Work Schedule 4/10’s (10 hours/day; four days per week).
