Overview HR Manager - Home Health Position: HRBP Manager Remote/Virtual Position: Remote Travel: 25% Find Your Passion and Purpose as a Full-Time HRBP Manager Previous Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. What You Need to Know The HRBP Manager provides operational depth, employee relations escalation support, and leadership continuity for HR Directors. Dedicated subject matter expert for employee relations, compliance, and investigations. Promotes an organizational culture of teamwork, high quality service, transparency, accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness. The HRBP Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, playing a key role in partnering with our HR centers of excellence. Work closely with HRVP and Sr. HRD’s to execute retention strategies supporting all aspects of the business functions. Be the Best HRBP Manager You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred with a minimum of three years of experience (applicable Generalist experience must include Employee Relations, Compensation, Wage and Hour, State and Federal labor laws) At least 3 years HR Generalist experience with a solid track record for delivering results. Preferred candidates will have experience in all HR functional areas, a strong emphasis in business processes, effectiveness, and leadership development. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a multi-state/distributive organization. Proven experience serving in both high-impact and operational HR roles.
