Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Coordinator Company: Leadling Location: Remote Hours: 5–10 hours per week About Leadling Leadling is a fast-growing platform focused on helping mortgage professionals and sales teams generate, nurture, and convert leads more effectively. Position Overview Leadling is seeking a creative and reliable Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging content, build brand presence, and drive audience interaction with limited hours. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram Develop engaging posts (text, images, short-form video) aligned with Leadling’s brand Maintain a consistent posting schedule (approx. 3–5 posts per week) Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and respond as appropriate Identify trends and recommend content ideas to increase reach and engagement Collaborate with leadership on messaging, campaigns, and promotions Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram best practices Ability to create simple graphics and/or edit short-form videos (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Strong written communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and manage time efficiently Interest in mortgage, sales, or B2B marketing is a plus Compensation Hourly or project-based (based on experience) Why Join Leadling?
