Senior Product Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time This position involves close collaboration with the Product Head and Investment teams to drive product strategy, gain market insights, and oversee product development within the mutual fund portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities: 🚀 Assist the Product Head in strategizing, positioning, and developing both existing and new investment products 🚀 Perform market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends 🚀 Monitor assets under management (AUM) trends, fund flows, and compare scheme performance against peers 🚀 Support the planning and implementation of new fund launches and product initiatives 🚀 Create product presentations, market outlook reports, and communication materials 🚀 Work closely with fund managers, sales, marketing, and other internal teams 🚀 Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership 🚀 Facilitate investor communications, campaigns, and share product-related insights Qualifications: ✔ 5 to 10 years of experience in Product or Investment Product roles within Mutual Funds or Asset Management ✔ In-depth knowledge of equity and debt markets as well as the mutual fund industry ✔ Proven experience in product development, positioning, or strategy ✔ Strong research, analytical, and communication abilities ✔ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and delivering presentations ✔ Educational background: Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA or PGDM with Finance specialization preferred) Skills Product Strategy, Product Development, Asset Management, Investment Products Mutual Funds Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Market Trends Analysis, AUM Analysis, Fund Performance Analysis, Investment Strategy Asset Management
