Chemistry Teacher

We are looking for a Chemistry Teacher for an international school in Tianjin. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year starting in August 2026. About the school A well-established K-12 private school located in Tianjin, China, offering a full range of education from kindergarten through high school across multiple campuses. The school features a variety of international programs, including Cambridge A-Level, Canadian OSSD, and U.S. AP courses. It serves both domestic and international students and is supported by a team of over 740 educators, including more than 50 experienced expatriate teachers. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of chemistry to high school students utilizing AP and A Level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject Excellent communications skills

Monthly salary is 27,000 to 40,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance is 4,000 to 5,000 RMB or free accommodating Summer and winter holiday Public holiday Discount for children’s tuition fee Flight allowance is 12,000 RMB Insurance 8 days sick leave
