Job description

This opportunity is open exclusively to European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai. SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Consultant Pulmonologist to join a leading healthcare facility. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career pulmonologists to develop their clinical expertise while contributing to high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical environment. As a Junior Consultant Pulmonologist, you will work closely with senior specialists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of respiratory conditions. You will play a vital role in delivering respiratory care, performing diagnostic procedures, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in providing comprehensive treatment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in assessing and managing patients with respiratory diseases under the supervision of senior consultants. Conduct diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and support bronchoscopic procedures. Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide personalized patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings. Stay updated on advances in pulmonology and apply evidence-based practices. Support quality improvement initiatives within the pulmonary department.

Medical degree with specialization or residency in Pulmonology. Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology. Prior clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting. Familiarity with pulmonary diagnostic tools and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care. Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
