Job Overview SearchPlus HR is looking for a motivated and compassionate Junior Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to join a leading healthcare facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career medical professionals to expand their expertise in maternal-fetal health within a cutting-edge clinical environment. The Junior Specialist will work closely with senior consultants to provide advanced care and management for pregnant women, particularly those with complex and high-risk conditions. You will participate in clinical assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning while contributing to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to maternal and neonatal wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Assist specialists in the diagnosis and management of maternal and fetal complications. Perform detailed prenatal evaluations and contribute to the monitoring of fetal growth and development. Support the creation and implementation of individualized care protocols for high-risk pregnancies. Engage actively in patient counseling and education regarding maternal health and fetal outcomes. Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in clinical research and quality improvement activities related to maternal and fetal medicine. Commit to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field.

Medical degree specializing in obstetrics and gynecology or equivalent qualifications. Demonstrated interest or prior exposure to maternal and fetal medicine. Familiarity with the management of high-risk pregnancies and prenatal diagnostics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Compassionate patient-centered approach and commitment to excellence in care. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a leading healthcare setting.
