Responsibilities Provide technical and customer support to Romanian-speaking players Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay and account-related issues effectively Document all cases accurately and follow up to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems Stay updated on product features, releases, and industry trends to better assist customers

Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken Previous experience in gaming support or related customer service roles is preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
