In this dynamic role you’ll go beyond the numbers, analysing financial data and preparing high‑quality reports that give clients real clarity and confidence in their financial position. Your work will directly support smarter decision‑making, compliance, and long‑term business success.
You’ll manage records across assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and tax obligations, playing a vital role in ensuring accuracy, integrity and transparency across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standards
Apply knowledge of client, firm and industry trends and current issues
Prepare clear, well‑structured work papers evidencing work performed
Review financial statements and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Identify and assist in resolving accounting issues
Apply basic tax compliance procedures
Assist with tax planning activities for clients
Prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies and trusts
Complete required regulatory forms accurately and on time
Meet lodgment deadlines in line with lodgment program requirements
About you:
You’re a proactive, detail‑driven accounting professional who enjoys turning financial data into clear, meaningful insights. With a foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy, you take pride in supporting clients to stay financially healthy and compliant.

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes:
1–3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
Business or Commerce degree with an Accounting major
Commenced (or intention to commence) CA or equivalent qualification
