Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the position of Danish-Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We provide a fully paid relocation package to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition to this fantastic opportunity. In this role, you will support Danish-speaking Fitbit customers by resolving their product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance their experience with Fitbit devices. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products Assist customers with product usage and features Document interactions accurately and consistently Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions
Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance preferred Interest in fitness technology and health is a plus Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Team player with the capacity to work independently when required Familiarity with customer support platforms is advantageous
