About the Role
As an Senior Planning Manager, you are the strategic anchor for your brands. You've moved beyond simply supporting strategy; you are now owning it. You translate complex business problems into sharp, inspiring strategic direction that unlocks brilliant creative work. You are the trusted partner to our creative and client leads, ensuring the strategic thread remains strong and true from the first insight to the final execution. This is an expert-track role focused on deepening your strategic craft and making an undeniable impact on the work and our clients' business.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Strategic Direction: Take full ownership of the strategy for key brands and workstreams, translating complex business challenges into clear, compelling strategic pathways.
- Author Inspiring Briefs: Write sharp, insightful creative briefs that serve as the undeniable springboard for culture-changing ideas.
- Elevate the Creative Product: Act as a trusted partner to creative teams, constructively challenging and sharpening ideas to push our creative ambition and ensure effectiveness.
- Unearth Powerful Insights: Go beyond the data to unearth powerful human truths and cultural tensions, turning them into unique and impactful opportunities for our brands.
- Lead the Pitch: Step up as the strategic lead on new business pitches, shaping the narrative that wins our next big client.
- Be the Strategic Voice: Build trust and confidently guide clients toward bold, effective solutions, becoming their go-to strategic advisor on your projects.

What You’ll Need
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a strategic role within the marketing and communications industry, with a portfolio that showcases your impact.
- Mastery of the Strategic Toolkit: A proven ability to design research, uncover deep insights, and translate them into actionable, inspiring plans.
- A Love for Creativity: A track record of being a creative team's favorite collaborator, someone who inspires them and protects the integrity of a great idea.
- Confident Autonomy: The independence and agility to own your projects from start to finish, coupled with the collaborative spirit to make the whole team better.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build a compelling narrative and present it with passion and persuasion to both internal teams and senior clients.
- A Curious & Passionate Mind: A genuine interest in what motivates people, a hunger to learn, and the energy to bring fun and passion to every challenge.
