About us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving decisions to keep programmes on track. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to how Commerce operates at scale by introducing structured ways of working and improving delivery standards. You will use data to inform decisions, communicate effectively across technical and leadership audiences, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Owning end-to-end programme delivery for cross-group Commerce initiatives, covering planning, execution, dependency management, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Commerce programmes, maintaining visibility on progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Driving alignment across stakeholders, including Legal, Tax, Regulatory, Finance, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, resolving issues, and escalating where required.
  • Defining and improving Commerce delivery frameworks, including playbooks, checklists, RACI structures, and risk tracking.
  • Identifying Commerce partners and payment solutions, supporting cost optimisation through financial modelling and analysis.

About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes in fast-paced technology or fintech environments.
  • You have a track record of managing multi-stakeholder initiatives across teams, time zones, and domains, ensuring consistent delivery.
  • You have strong communication skills, enabling clear, structured collaboration and effective alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • You have experience working closely with engineering and product teams, with the ability to navigate technical discussions and connect business and delivery contexts.
  • Your strengths include analytical thinking, allowing you to work with financial models, cost structures, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • You have strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery continuity.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.
