Associate, Merchant Performance & Analytics - Grabmart

Get to know the Role:

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Omnicommerce Lead, Merchant Performance & Analytics. This role will primarily involve supporting the expansion and growth of Grab’s Omnicommerce business in Vietnam. You will find yourself part of a lean, agile team setup, working in close collaboration with other departments to drive P&L growth, as well as achieve pivotal performance metrics.

The day-to-day activities:

• Performance Optimization: monitoring and improving merchant performance metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. This will ensure that our platform consistently delivers high-quality merchant services

• Strategic Collaboration: Facilitate collaborative efforts with marketing and KAM/sales teams to create effective promotional calendars, schemes, and deals that drive merchant engagement and customer acquisition. 

• Operational Efficiency: Manage merchant operations efficiently, including selection by campaign based on performance analytics and operational needs. This role will streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. 

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools and metrics to provide actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement in merchant management strategies.

 

The must haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in business or commercial roles

• Strong analytical and business analytic skills with ability to tell the story and visualize data effectively. 

• Good understanding of F&B business in Vietnam. 

• Preferred experience includes previous work in e-commerce or technology sectors.

• Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can learn fast and adapt well.

• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, manage time, prioritize tasks and drive from strategy to execution.
