Are you passionate about education and helping people achieve their goals? Join our dynamic team in Adelaide, Australia, as a Course Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking to embark on a career in the primary industries sector, including agriculture, horticulture, and trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment.
  • Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes.
  • Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs.
  • Have high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads
  • Be highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
  • Be passionate for education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries
  • Be adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environments (knowledge of the Adelaide education landscape is advantageous).
  • Have a WWCC employee or willingness to obtain
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • $73,831 base + super + up to $6,000 in commissions (dependent on targets met).
  • $1,000 annual professional development allowance
