Position Summary As a 1099 Contract Interpreter, you will play a vital role in supporting diverse communities by delivering on-site interpretation services in a variety of settings. This role offers flexible, per diem assignments with competitive pay, allowing you to build a rewarding and scalable career. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate, on-site interpretation between English and your target language Travel to client locations within a 30-mile radius Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and appropriate tone during all assignments Deliver clear and complete interpretation without omissions or additions Respond promptly to scheduled assignments and communicate effectively with clients Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards Provide excellent customer service in all interactions

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be 21 years of age or older ( in compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements for this role. ) Proficiency in English and at least one additional language. Strong communication skills and a composed demeanor in challenging situations. Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of per diem assignments. Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills for accurate interpretation. Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. All languages needed and considered!
