Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated HS&E Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental management within our projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HS&E policies, conducting risk assessments, and leading initiatives to maintain high standards of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the project lifecycle. The HS&E Manager will work closely with various teams to foster a proactive safety culture, reduce workplace incidents, and ensure environmental sustainability aligned with Qiddiya’s values and objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain HS&E policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate controls are in place. Lead investigations into accidents and incidents, facilitating corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate and deliver HS&E training programs to enhance awareness and competency of employees and contractors. Monitor HS&E performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management review. Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices within project activities. Collaborate with project teams to integrate HS&E considerations into planning and execution phases. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HS&E management.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HS&E management within construction, infrastructure, or related industries. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and implementation of HS&E programs. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving safety culture effectively. Certified safety professional credentials such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
