Super User (WMS)

The Super User acts as the key link between warehouse operations and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a fast-paced retail environment. This role ensures accurate system usage across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes while supporting day-to-day operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for WMS-related issues, help resolve system and process gaps, and support users on the warehouse floor. The role also includes delivering training, assisting with system enhancements, and driving continuous improvements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, or retail operations (WMS exposure preferred) Basic to strong understanding of WMS processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to support and train users on system usage Comfortable working with data and reports (Excel required; Power BI or SQL is a plus) Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Relevant certifications are a plus
