Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (rotating Saturdays) | Overtime Available 💰 Compensation & Earning Potential $20.00 – $52.00 per hour Hourly pay + flat-rate productivity incentives 💡 We are willing to train candidates with basic mechanical experience. 💡 Advanced diagnostic and repair skills are required to qualify for higher pay tiers. 💡 Top technicians consistently earn at the high end of the pay range through efficiency, skill, and certifications. 🔧 About the Role Pete’s RV Center is seeking RV Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain recreational vehicles, including travel trailers and motorhomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working across multiple systems, and being rewarded for productivity and skill . You’ll work on a wide range of systems: Electrical Plumbing HVAC Mechanical / chassis Generators and appliances Interior and coach body repairs 👀 This Role is Perfect for Someone Who: Has mechanical experience and wants to grow their skillset Enjoys diagnosing and fixing complex issues. Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RV systems and components. Perform general repairs across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc.) Complete preventative maintenance and warranty work Prioritize work orders and handle urgent service requests. Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and work performed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all shop procedures, safety standards, and company policies. Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain strong customer satisfaction (CSI)

✅ What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of technician experience (RV, automotive, marine, or related field preferred) OR basic mechanical experience with a strong willingness to learn Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (for higher-level roles) Ability to read and understand wiring schematics (preferred) Experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repair is a plus Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must provide own basic hand/shop tools Comfortable using tablet-based technology for work orders and documentation Valid driver’s license preferred 💡 Certifications (RVIA/RVDA, ASE, etc.) are a plus—but not required. We provide on-the-job training and support for certification advancement. 💪 Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Comfortable with standing, bending, stooping, and crawling for extended periods. Ability to work in varied environmental conditions (heat, cold, humidity, dust, noise, etc.) Willingness to work around heights and equipment-related hazards (electrical, welding, etc.) 🎯 Why Join Pete’s RV?
