What You'll Do: Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat platform Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team Deliver a consistently warm, helpful, and professional experience in every chat Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
