Job description

  • Process and monitor customer orders in SAP.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints within SLA.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports.
  • Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain) or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to one (1) year of relevant internship/experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
