Project Manager

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, Gantt Charts and resource allocation for Capex projects.
• Experience in P&IDs for Machinery / Plant equipment’s.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost optimization and financial compliance.
• Track expenditures and report variances to management.
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and closure reports.
• Present project performance metrics to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Candidates with Certification in Project Management will be preferred
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing Capex or large-scale infrastructure projects/ Machinery.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Holds a valid driving license and willingness for extensive travel
• Willing to relocate to any city across Pakistan as per requirement

• This position requires 6 working days on-site to ensure close coordination and hands-on management of project activities.
