Job description

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating international customer orders and logistics activities from order intake through delivery. You ensure smooth operational execution, accurate system data, and reliable communication with customers, warehouse teams, and transport partners. Your work directly supports on-time deliveries and high service quality across international projects. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage internal customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer data in the system.

  • Handle warehouse and accounting documentation for active projects.

  • Coordinate international customer service activities for ongoing projects.

  • Plan transportation based on incoming orders and liaise with transport companies.

  • Communicate proactively with warehouse teams.

  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).

  • Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.

  • Very good command of English.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Accuracy, reliability, and accountability.

  • Experience in an international work environment.
