Role:

As coordinator, he provides daily technical and administrative support to personnel and transportation activities.

What you'll do:

• Tracking and reporting of activities, costs and expenses for all modes of transport.
• Verification that documents are accurate and complete.
• Notification to departments about shipping or receiving times and about any logistical issues.
• Record keeping of all shipments using an established system.

Educational requirements:

• Degree in International Business, International Relations, or a related field
• Preferential intermediate English B1 capable of answering emails and carrying on a conversation.

Required Skills:

Accountability

• High sense of responsibility in the management of international shipping, import and export operations (minimum 2 years in related roles).
• Great capacity for organization, self-management and maintenance of accurate logistics documentation and timely follow-up.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking

• Ability to make sound decisions based on shipping requirements, customs documentation, and transportation restrictions.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, and internal customers.

Effective Communication

• Strong communication skills with transportation providers, internal customers, and customs brokers.
• Ability to prepare and present information using Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, report creation, etc.).

Problem Solving

• Ability to identify and solve logistical problems through structured follow-up and coordination with carriers and internal areas.
• Ability to detect discrepancies in shipment documentation and correct them using SAP — basic CBD module.

Service Excellence

• Customer-oriented approach to supporting internal teams and managing logistics operations.
• Solid knowledge of formats and documentation required for imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
