Responsibilities Perform a variety of handyman and carpentry tasks Complete general maintenance and repair work Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Travel to job sites as needed Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Must Have: 7+ years of handyman, carpentry, or general maintenance experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to provide valid proof of vehicle insurance Must own a truck or van Must have a complete personal tool set, including: Step ladder Hand tools Power tools (drill, impact driver, Skil saw, etc.) Saw horses and other standard construction tools Nice to Have: Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
