Job description

Join our team of hospitality professionals at our luxurious hotel in Brisbane, Australia! We're seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Room Attendant to ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Replace bed linens, make beds, and ensure all room amenities are fully stocked
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas
  • Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Maintain organized linen carts and storage areas
  • Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Physical capability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
