Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian through phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with booking inquiries, reservation modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently. Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve service quality. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate with full support via the paid relocation package.
