This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 2-4 LPA) Min Experience: 0 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support campus hiring initiatives in a fast-paced EdTech environment. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, operating in a day shift setup. The position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about building strong candidate pipelines. In this role, you will play a key part in managing early-stage recruitment activities, particularly for campus hiring programs. You will support sourcing efforts, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help streamline recruitment workflows and contribute to building a strong talent pool aligned with organizational growth needs.
Key Responsibilities Assist in posting job openings across job portals and social media platforms Support bulk hiring initiatives by sourcing and managing large volumes of applications Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure smooth communication with candidates Collaborate with internal teams to gather interview feedback and hiring decisions Assist in preparing and rolling out offer letters and follow-up communications Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring records Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support campus hiring drives and related engagement activities Contribute to improving recruitment processes and turnaround times What Makes You a Great Fit Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes Ability to manage bulk hiring and handle multiple candidates simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Empathetic and approachable with a candidate-first mindset Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work in a structured, high-volume hiring environment Comfortable working from the office 6 days a week Basic understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and bulk mailing practices is a plus
