This role includes a paid relocation package and offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team within the aviation industry, providing excellent support to German-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking airline customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight information, and service requests professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with airline departments to ensure smooth and comprehensive customer service. Stay updated on airline policies, schedules, and industry trends to offer accurate information and assistance.

Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations professionally. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is beneficial. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid relocation package offered.
