Responsibilities Provide basic desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Assist end-users by responding to support tickets and resolving technical issues promptly. Collaborate with senior technicians and escalate complex issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for equipment

High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications or coursework is a plus. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
