Job description
Hands on experience in manual, performance and automation testing of customer facing web applications and mobile apps. Deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Highly experienced in building, executing and maintaining Web Automation framework (Selenium, Playwright) and native IOS/Android mobile app Automation (XCUITest and Espresso). Expert-level ability to test RESTful APIs and validate complex data dependencies in back-end insurance systems. Insurance Domain Expertise Preferred but not required. Must understand ADA WCAG 2.1 compliance. Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to integrate tests into the development pipeline. Analyzing complex systems and test data to identify bottlenecks and improve software quality. Acting as a bridge between developers, project managers, and stakeholders to report progress, communicate risks, and deliver constructive feedback. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements. Designing comprehensive test plans, defining testing scope, risk analysis, and identifying necessary resources. Interpret application requirements, perform exploratory testing and analyze test results. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Define testing strategies, ensure, and manage team performance.
