Responsibilities Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat Handle inquiries related to products and services efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and procedures
