For Season 2026, we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our Villa Beatrice team. At Belmond, we look for effortlessly engaging characters, whose personality, humor, and charm shine through, creating a culture for unscripted and instinctive service and genuine human connection. He/She will reports a Villa Manager. Main Duties & Responsabilities Preparation and Set-up: Prepare and set up trays and trolleys for room service according to received orders and established presentation standards. Guest Interaction: Greet guests upon delivery, answer any questions, and ensure they have everything they need for a luxury experience. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized Room Service work area, including trolleys, trays, and equipment. Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception to ensure smooth communication and efficient service. Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations and hotel service standards.

It requires precision, attention to detail, and the natural warmth that turns a service interaction into a memorable experience. Emotional intelligence : demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Adaptability : identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Collaboration : be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback. Other requirements: Fluent in Italian and high level of English; Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred; Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships; Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;

We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
