Job description
Customer Experience & Revenue Representative (B2B) Location: Remote (LATAM) Schedule: Monday - Friday. Pacific or Eastern Time 40hrs a week ( Could change based on business needs) Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,500 USD per month + commission We are looking for a revenue-driven Customer Experience & Revenue Representative. In this role, you will manage live customer conversations, place orders over the phone, and drive revenue across an active book of B2B customers. This is not a traditional support role. It combines customer experience, consultative selling, and revenue ownership. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and motivated by performance and results. Role Overview As a Customer Experience & Revenue Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through phone conversations, advising on products and services, and closing transactions. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Handle 40+ primarily outbound phone calls per day Conduct 10–15 meaningful customer conversations daily Place orders directly over the phone Advise customers on products and services Revenue Generation Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Manage and grow an assigned book of B2B customers Support customer retention through proactive outreach CRM & Documentation Document all customer interactions and activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred) Revenue Accountability Performance is measured by orders placed, upsells, and product packages sold
4+ years of experience in phone-based, customer-facing roles Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Prior experience placing orders or closing transactions CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Advanced English (C1 or near-native) Strong phone presence and communication skills Experience with objection handling and consultative selling Strong attention to detail and organization Experience working with B2B customers Background in high-volume call environments Ideal Candidate Profile Revenue-oriented and results-driven Comfortable working in a phone-based role Strong communicator with a consultative approach Organized and detail-oriented Proactive in driving customer engagement and retention Additional Details Industry: Marketing & Advertising Start Date: May 5th, 2026
