As an Italian Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to Italian-speaking clients, handling their car rental needs professionally and efficiently. You will manage booking inquiries, amendments, and provide clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Your collaboration with internal teams will help maintain vehicle availability and uphold service quality standards. Responsibilities Assist Italian-speaking customers with rent-a-car bookings, changes, and inquiries Offer detailed information on rental terms, options, and conditions Ensure proper processing of rental agreements and documentation Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and timely Coordinate with fleet and operations teams to guarantee vehicle readiness and quality Maintain accurate and organized customer records Support marketing activities aimed at Italian-speaking markets

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation package provided
