Insurance Service Agent (Insurance Brokerage Experience Required) - Taguig

We are looking for Insurance Service Agent to join a fast growing Insurance account in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities Assist with policy service tasks within an insurance brokerage or agency setting. Liaise with various insurance carriers regarding policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates. Process and issue policy endorsements utilizing broker management systems such as AMS, Applied Epic, or comparable platforms. Serve as a liaison among clients, agents, and insurers to facilitate accurate and timely communication. Ensure all policy documentation and servicing procedures adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment issues. Manage premium collections, respond to receivables inquiries, and perform account reconciliations. Address billing-related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers with professionalism and precision. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with industry regulations. Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers. Act as the main contact for coordinating policy and billing inquiries within a brokerage or agency environment. Clearly communicate policy changes, billing information, and subsequent steps to all stakeholders. Meet service level expectations in a dynamic, customer-focused workplace.

College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; OR Completed at least 2 years in college with a 18 months BPO experience Solid background in insurance brokerage is required BPO insurance brokerage experience can be considered (preferably with tri-party call handling) Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in Taguig Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP
