Full-Time Physical Therapist Location: Bonita Springs, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $80K to $110K/year DOE plus full benefits Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour Job Summary We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice that values consistency, strong patient relationships, and practical treatment. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients who need support improving mobility, reducing pain, and returning to daily activities. This is a weekday position with a manageable schedule and the chance to provide thoughtful care without feeling overbooked. Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Build treatment plans that reflect each patient’s diagnosis and goals Lead therapy sessions using therapeutic exercise and hands-on treatment Monitor progress and make changes to treatment plans when appropriate Teach patients safe movement strategies and home exercises Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start Previous outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Good clinical judgment and time management New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
