Physical Therapist Needed Location: Des Moines, Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary: We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who values practical, hands-on care. You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and mobility issues, helping them move better and return to their routines. This role is centered on consistent, one-on-one care in a structured outpatient environment. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient condition and physical function Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans Guide patients through strength, mobility, and balance exercises Reassess progress and update treatment strategies Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery Maintain complete and organized documentation Collaborate with the clinical team as needed

Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Active Washington PT license Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and clinical judgment
