Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: Virginia (Remote) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you’ll work with clients to navigate mental health challenges through virtual therapy. This remote, full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while having a meaningful impact on families, individuals, and couples seeking guidance. Responsibilities: Provide virtual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms Develop individualized treatment plans for each client Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress Offer support to clients working through emotional, relational, and family issues

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field Valid LMFT license in Virginia At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong communication skills and the ability to connect remotely with clients
