Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Game Developer role located in Atlanta, GA. The Game Developer will work closely with designers and other team members to create and implement gameplay systems and develop innovative tabletop game mechanics. Responsibilities include contributing to game design discussions, writing, and play testing. The ideal candidate will take part in problem-solving and contribute to the overall creative direction of our projects.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and practical experience with Game Design principles
• Experience with game design tailored for game development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight project deadlines
• Experience in developing and optimizing performance for various gaming types (RPG, Board, Card, LARP)
